Boudoir photos are some of our very favorite photos to take, and they are something David and I have become pretty well known for. I've always loved taking photos of female subjects and have been taking these kinds of photos for years -- long before I even knew they fell into the category of boudoir photography.

So many people are curious about boudoir photos, and we get a lot of questions about them. Whenever anyone asks, I always compare it to grown-ups playing dress up. It's such a fun experience to get totally glammed out and wear outfits you wouldn't normally wear. The entire experience is all about you feeling beautiful and comfortable in your own body.

We have the best time during these shoots. We drink champagne, blast dance music, and laugh alot. We want it to be an enjoyable experience for everyone involved. The goal is always to create fun, playful photos that highlight just how beautiful your body is.

It takes a little bit of courage to step out of your comfort zone and have boudoir photos taken. They are usually very private photos, but we wanted to do a shoot with some behind the scenes footage to show everyone just how fun and comfortable these shoots can be. Our good friend Mallory was brave enough to step into the spotlight and do a little modeling for us. She absolutely rocked it. She completely captured the essence of exactly what a boudoir shoot it is. It's about you. It's about having fun. It's about loving yourself exactly the way you are.
