Jules + Jeff's Wedding at the Historic Monumental Church

On June 29, 2013 David and I photographed Jeff & Jules wedding at the Historic Monumental Church in Richmond, Virgina. It was really fun to get to photograph their wedding becuase we had just photographed Jeff's sisters wedding a month earlier. The Monumental Church is absolutely goreous. The Greek Revival architecture is so unique to Richmond. The church also has a really beautiful balcony space with two large spiraling staircases that is the ideal spot for a first look.

Jules and Jeff were so excited to be getting married. When we arrived at the church Jules was literally grinning from ear to ear and seemed so calm and relaxed. They did a first look before the wedding which gave us the opportunity to get all of the family portraits done before the ceremony. Their wedding was absolutely beautiful and their reception at the Old City Bar was filled with laughter, drinks, and lots of dancing.
