It's easy to get caught up in trying to make your engagement photos absolutely perfect. You might find yourself stressing about what to wear or checking the weather constantly crossing your fingers for perfect weather. In all honesty though, none of those things matter. As long as you have your fiance by your side, that's the only thing that matters! The happiness and love that you have for each other is what makes these photos so special.

Heather + Jason were such troopers for their engagement shoot! They didn't let the rain put a damper on their session. They just rolled with it and had fun loving on each other and celebrating this exciting time in their lives. They are so happy and crazy in love. They laughed throughout the entire shoot and were so relaxed in front of the camera.

A lot of couples shy away from rainy days, but I was so glad Heather + Jason decided to embrace it. Something about being cuddled up next to the love of your life, as it rains is completely romantic. We had such a great time during this shoot and are so excited to photograph Heather + Jason's wedding day in June.
