Here's Why You Need A Wedding Video

Last week, we photographed a 50th anniversary dinner. When they walked into the restaurant, their children surprised them and had their wedding video playing. They had it digitized, remastered, and had it playing on a big screen TV. Neither one of them could believe it! She started crying and he kept saying "Oh my god that's my father, that' grandfather!"

That video took them back to their wedding day. They saw family + friends (many of which are no longer here) and it brought back so many happy memories.

Photos are amazing, but there is something about a video that really takes you back to that moment in time. My biggest regret from our own wedding day is not having a videographer - even more so now after seeing how excited this couple was. So if you can swing it, do it. You want to be that adorable couple in 50 years.
