Mary Kate + Scott had an incredible wedding at the Jefferson Hotel. Their wedding took place in mid-November, but the chilly temperatures made this feel more like a winter wedding.
Greenery was a major component to their wedding day. The bridesmaids wore stunning emerald green growns and lush greenery filled their ceremony and reception rooms. It gave their day such a romantic feel and was the perfect touch for this time of year.
Mary Kate and Scott opted to do a first look the ceremony, which I absolutely loved. We captured some adorable moments as they saw each other for the first time. It also allowed us to photograph all of the wedding portraits before the ceremony, which gave us beautiful light and ensured their bridal party could enjoy the cocktail hour.
Reading from their ceremony were in both English and in French which elevated the romantic feel.
Once the doors opened to the grand ballroom, guests were in awe of dramatic lighting and extravagant floral centerpieces. After the first dances and heartfelt toasts, guests rushed the dance floor and the band kept the party going all night.
I cannot say enough wonderful things about the staff at the Jefferson Hotel, who not only made sure the guests were taken care of but ensured our team had everything we needed throughout the day.
This day radiated love, elegance, and beauty in all directions. Congratulations to Mary Kate + Scott!
