2020 has been one wild ride. Am I right?! It has been filled with so many ups and downs, but amidst the uncertainty and challenging moments it has also provided us with a pivotal time of self-reflection. Life slowed down and gave us some breathing room to really stop and think about our future. 

We started J&D Photo in 2013 as newlyweds ourselves. Weddings have always been at the core of our business.  Over the past 7 years, we have been a part of over 200 wedding days. It has been a joy to document so many love stories, and we have been so lucky to work with so many amazing couples - many of whom have become friends. We cannot thank you all enough for allowing us to be a part of such a monumental moment in your life. 

Weddings are fast paced and often unpredictable. It has made us incredibly quick on our feet and pushed our creativity in ways that we will be forever grateful for. But what 2020 has taught us is that it is nice to slow down - that is exactly what we plan to do with our art. We have made the tough decision to make 2021 our last year documenting weddings to allow us the time to focus on our studio portraits, headshots, boudoir, and family photography work.

That being said, we are still continuing to book weddings for 2020 and 2021. 

Thank you to all of our past and future clients for your continued support! We are excited for our future, and we look forward to sharing our colorful and creative souls with the world.
