Chris + Rachel's Spring Engagement Photos in RVA

Chris + Rachel are engaged!! These two have been dating for years, and Rachel was thrilled when Chris got down on one knee and popped the question. They wanted to bring some key moments of their relationship into this shoot and picked some very meaningful locations - the spot of their first date + the spot where Chris proposed.

We started the shoot back where their love story first began, at The Village Cafe, many moons ago. It was the spot of their first date, conversation flowed naturally, and they really hit it off. The day Chris proposed they came back to The Village Cafe for a quick bite before heading up to the Church Hill overlook where we popped the question. So it was only fitting, to head up to that overlook to snap a few photos just before the sun set over the city. The weather was so gorgeous and spring flowers were everywhere. It was a wonderful session, and I am so glad we could help celebrate this exciting time with Chris + Rachel!
