Sara & John: A University of Virginia Engagement

I met Sara and John in college through a mutual friend. I didn't know them very well back then, but I always remembered them as that couple who looked like they were having way more fun than everyone else. The two of them have been together over 5 years and still seem to be making each other laugh constantly.

They really wanted to incorporate UVA into their engagement photos since it was such an important part of their relationship. We had all kinds of unexpected, crazy weather during their shoot. It was freezing out and even started snowing at one point. Sara and John were troopers throughout the entire shoot. We started on the lawn and in true UVA fashion took a series of photos in front to the Rotunda. After that we ventured to the corner and stopped in front of the Virginian. Our last stops were Chi O and Elmo. 

Sara and John were so much fun to photograph, and we can't wait to photograph their wedding this August!
