I'm always looking for an excuse to go to the Omni Homestead and a wedding is the perfect one! We headed to hot spring for Beth + Devin's romantic mountain wedding. Everyone hopes for sunshine on their wedding day and I do too, but in this case I would argue that a rainy day could not have been more perfect.
It rained pretty much the entire day. There is so much lush greenery surrounding the Homestead, and the rain further enhanced those rich green tones. A foggy mist was escaping the mountains and it looked so romantic! The rain really created the perfect setting for this special day.
Beth + Devin said their "I dos" in St. Luke's church surrounded by close family and friends before heading to the Garth Newel Music center to to celebrate and enjoy their reception. I love the portaits we were able to capture and amazing mood the rain provided us with. The icing on the cake was that just before sunset, the sun came out in a big way! The light could not have been more gorgeous, so we grabbed Beth + Devin and went back out to snag a few more portraits. These two really got the best of both world's on their wedding day!
