Some of my very favorite weddings are the smaller more intimate ones. There's such a relaxed energy about them. Danyelle + Bernard had an intimate fall wedding at the Clifton Inn in Charlottesville. Every guest in attendance was a close family member and there was such an outpouring of love and happiness.

This was our first time shooting at The Clifton Inn, and David and I fell in love. The ground surrounding the property are absolutely gorgeous. There's old brick and ivy growing everywhere creating such a romantic atmosphere.

Danyelle + Bernard had such a quaint reception. All of their guests sat around a large dining room table and shared a Southern family style meal together with lots of wine and laughter. The fried chicken was DELICIOUS. I was in heaven.

They ended the night by cutting their cake and sharing a first dance together. It was such a beautiful evening and we are so happy for Danyelle + Bernard!
