Abby's At Home Bridal Portraits

Abby + Ryan tied the knot yesterday! The rain held off, and they had an absolutely gorgeous wedding day. Abby was such a stunner in her wedding gown and wowed everyone! We were lucky enough to get a sneak peek of her bridal look when we photographed her bridal portraits a few weeks ago.

We took her bridals at her Mom's house along the main staircase and in other various spots throughout the home. Her Mom's house got such gorgeous light that we relied primarily on the natural window light during the shoot.

I love bridal portrait shoots because we get to spend a full hour photographing the bride. We are able to travel to different locations, try all sorts of poses, and use multiple lighting techniques. On a wedding day, there is so much to photograph that we never get to spend nearly as much time photographing the bride on her own. I'm so glad we were able to take these portraits for Abby because she absolutely rocked her bridal look!!
