As the uncertainty of what’s to come continues to grow, we feel that it is important to start the dialogue on our plans for future bookings and weddings. Since this is a fluid situation, this policy is subject to change.





What if you are considering rescheduling your wedding due to Covid-19?

★ Please read this in its entirety before rescheduling ★


** At this time, Virginia's Executive Order 72 is allowing for social gatherings to take place with restrictions on guest count. Based on these facts, we are considering rescheduling as a cancellation of our contract as social gatherings can still take place, and we can still provide our contracted services.

With that said, due to these unprecedented times and to better serve our clients, we are allowing our clients to move their contracted wedding date to one of our available future dates. However; an additional rescheduling fee will apply.


  • If you would like to move your wedding date to one of our available 2021 dates, we require an additional $500 rescheduling fee and a signed addendum. This rescheduling fee is non-refundable. It acts as an additional deposit to reserve your new date.

  • If you would like to move your wedding date to one of our available 2022 dates, we require an additional $1,000 rescheduling fee and a signed addendum. This rescheduling fee is non-refundable. It acts as an additional deposit to reserve your new date.


What is a rescheduling fee?


Due to these unprecedented times, instead of having our clients break their original contracts and have to pay an entirely new 40% deposit to reserve a new wedding date, we are allowing them to pay a smaller fee to reschedule. The rescheduling fee is a separate fee from the money originally owed and is non-refundable.


An additional rescheduling fee serves three purposes:

  • It allows our clients to reschedule their weddings without having to break their original contract and pay an entirely new 40% deposit.
  • It serves as a new deposit to reserve a new date. Deposits are in place to reserve your date. Once contracts are signed and deposits are paid, we turn down potential work on the date of a wedding. When a wedding is rescheduled due to covid, we require this additional rescheduling fee to reserve a second date.
  • It covers our increased rates. We increase our rates every year.



How to start the rescheduling process?

Please send us an email. We will work with you and your venue to find a date that works for all of us. Here is a link to view our calendar. You can use this when speaking with your venue. Please Note: All deposits are non-refundable, rescheduling fees are non-refundable, and any additional money paid is non-refundable.










Are we booking any new photo shoots?

Yes! We are currently booking both indoor and outdoor sessions. We are practicing social distancing. This means that we will not get within 6 feet of our subjects, shake hands, or hold any of our client's belongings. We clean our studio with disinfectant after every session.


If you are feeling sick, experiencing coughing or sneezing symptoms, or are running a fever we kindly ask you reschedule your photography session to ensure the safety of everyone involved.








What if you have a shoot booked with us?

Again, since this is an unprecedented situation, please wait until the week of your shoot to reach out. We have plenty of available dates throughout 2021, and it is always okay to reschedule with us.


If you are feeling sick, experiencing coughing or sneezing symptoms, or are running a fever we kindly ask you reschedule your photography session to ensure the safety of everyone involved.







Are we booking real estate photos?

Yes! We will not move any of your belongings. All spaces will be photographed "as is". It is more important than ever to make sure that you follow our checklist to make sure that your photographs are perfect. Please take extra care when cleaning with disinfectant to help ensure the safety of our photographers. We also kindly request that all residents and agents wait outside while the photographer is inside.
