How To Make Your Parents Feel Special on Your Wedding Day

While yes, a wedding day is primarily about the bride + groom, and they should definitely be the stars of the day, let's not overlook just how much work our parents do to make the day possible. 

From forking over the bulk of the cash to make your dream wedding possible, to the hours they have spent planning making sure the day goes exactly as planned, to you know - raising you and stuff - They really have gone above and beyond. So here are a few quiet and thoughtful ways to surprise them and make them feel extra special on the big day.

Give them a thoughtful gift

Give your parents something unexpected! Get them a gift that is sentimental to tell them how much they mean to you and to thank them for everything they have done.

Leave a handkerchief on their seat

Surprise your parents when they enter the ceremony by having a custom handkerchief waiting on their seat for them. Inscribe a sweet message to make it even more personal. Trust me, they are going to need that handkerchief.

Have custom glasses waiting at the bar for them

When it's finally time to party, surrise your parnets by having custom drink glasses waiting for them at the bar to make them stand out from the crowd.

Mention them in a thank you toast
