Ben + Kate's River Wedding Reception

Kate + Ben are married! They have been living and teaching in Asia for quite a while now, so all of their friends and family were so excited to celebrate these two! Kate is from Iowa and Ben is from Richmond. They had a great big wedding out in Iowa, but because of the distance, some of Ben's friends and family were unable to make the trip. So, they decide to have a fun and casual reception for all of their Richmond loved ones out on the river!

It was such a fun afternoon filled with water views in all directions, more crabs than anyone could eat, BBQ, and one insanely happy couple. I love how these two made it a priority to include all of their loved ones in their celebration regardless of the distance. From the short time we spent with them, it's obvious just how crazy in love they are. Congratulations to Ben + Kate!
