7 Boudoir Poses That Flatter Everyone

We have been taking boudoir photos for over 10 years now and have photographed women of all ages, shapes, and sizes. Part of my job is finding the most flattering poses to highlight each woman's figure and body type.
Every boudoir shoot is a little different depending on the mood, style, and wardrobe choices, but there are 7 go-to poses I use in every shoot. It doesn't matter how much you weigh or how old you are, these boudoir poses will bring the heat and flatter everyone!
Laying on your belly
This pose is perfect for showing off a little cleavage and a little booty all at once! And it is a super easy one everyone can do.
A simple lace bra + panties set like this one is perfect for this pose. If you want to keep things more casual, a silk two-piece pajama set would be super cute and playful.
Stretch it out on your back
Lay on your back, stretch your legs out and run your hands through your hair. Gazing towards the ceiling with parted lips adds an extra level of sexy.
This pose looks especially great with a sexy body suit! It's a perfect pose for showing off some intricate lace lingerie.
The high knee
This pose extends the torso and slims everyone. Raising hands up towards your hair helps stretch you out even more and creates a very slimming look.
This pose looks perfect with any type of lingerie. If you want to be a bit more conservative, adding a silk robe to this pose is an awesome idea!
Booty up
Pop that booty! This simple pose flatters everyone.
Make sure to wear some lingerie that shows off your booty to maximize this pose.
Just sheets
No matter what size you are, just sheets poses are a winner! They are both concealing and sexy and will absolutely bring the heat.
Honestly, I think wearing nothing is best for these photos!
The wall press
This pose is both flattering and sensual. take a wide stance and press against a wall to exaggerate the arch in your back and show off those legs!
I'm a big fan of body suits or rompers for this pose because they conceal the mid-section. I'm obsessed with this silk romper - it looks great on everyone and comes in tons of colors!
Legs up
Raising your legs up instantly slims them. This pose is always a fan favorite because it is so sexy and SO flattering.
This pose is best with a push up bralette or corset. This pose makes legs look amazing, but boobs can get a little flattened out. Having an extra boost really takes this pose to the next level.
