Nichole's 30th Birthday Cake Smash Photo Shoot

Nichole is a strong, confident woman who also happens to be an amazing wife and mamma to two adorable little boys. But this shoot wasn't about the little ones - it was all for her! With her 30th birthday on the horizon, her husband wanted to give her a photo shoot that highlighted just how beautiful, fun, and amazing she has become over the past 30 years. 

They went all out with this session. I'm talking rose champagne, a tulle skirt, crown, and even a gold-leaf funfetti birthday cake! We started the session by taking some beautiful spring portraits of Nicole, and then the fun really started. She popped champagne and then had her very own cake smash! We've done cake smashes with so many toddlers over the years, but this was our first adult cake smash, and I loved every second of it.

Once Nichole had endulged herself with some cake and champagne, we invited her boys to join in the fun. Benson in particular lit up when he realized he could dig into that cake!

This was such a fun shoot and a great way to celebrate a major milestone. So here's to being 30, flirty, and fabulous! Happy Birthday Nichole!
